At it again!
Hello,
here we go! Casting again… sad but true! Anyway I hope this will be more fun tonight than it was the last time and maybe, who knows the right one will find his/her way to our flat!

Hello,
I don’t know about you, but have you ever had a room to let in your apartment? We live in a flat share and one room is going to be free by the first of august. So what do you do? Well, that’s the easy part: You place an advertisement on the local student page and invite those who respond to visit the apartment. Then comes the hard part: Choose one of them. So, who is it going to be? The openminded guy, the just too good looking girl? Hard to tell!
Cheers

“…can bring you under ground!”, was the statement of song I listened to in my youth. Maybe for some that might be true, but at the moment I couldn’t state that this saying applies to me. Sometimes even moments when you think to fall deepest are the moments you can use to rise again. Don’t want to be to romantic or something, I just start discovering that people around me really care! If you let go from what you expect (or better from what your ego expects) and stop one moment to open your eyes… here you go! So a big “thank you” to all of you out there caring for anyone!

Well, that’s a good question! For me it is doing server maintenance (at least for today)… Digging in kilo’s of dust to get to the (hopefully not failing) hard drives. Then setting up some new server to do it’s brave duty in a environment of chaotic data-anarchism! Having said that maybe I should mention that I will party hard tonight(maybe THAT’S the best ;-))!
Feel free to leave a garbled comment!

Hi Folks,
now that I reactivated my blog I really should consider writing every day or at least every second day to keep on. Not like in the last years with an average of not even one post per year! So now you ask: Does the world need your blog? No! Then you might ask: Do your friends need this blog? No! Then you might think: This guy is nuts!?! Well, maybe, but right now it’s nice to write! I really like it! It’s like writing on a wall… nice feeling.
Cheers

Hello,

Hello!
Yesterday I managed to get CyanogenMod on my G1 and… it works! Only thing that doesn’t seem working is the in-call-audio over bluetooth but A2DP (stereo over bluetooth) works like a charm!
Cherio!
Please don’t ask, I’m just getting sick and tired of flashing my device twice a day. Devs at the moment are looking for the “best looking” ROM which IMHO is just wrong, will try the CyanogenMod today and IFF everything works as expected I will just keep it and maybe upgrade from time to time…
Here in short what’s going on:
- Got a brand new Phone: HTC Dream (aka. G1 aka. T-Mobile G1)
- Rooted it and already running Android 1.5 TheDude’s Edition (nnniiiiiceeee)
- New Job, a good one this time!!!!
Hey!
You know when you have a plan and you decide, ok, it’s not going to satisfy you! Well had a plan to go boulder and then maybe climb today. I throwed everything out of the window, had to get out of this city… packed my rucksack friday afternoon and left for Graz. Crashed at Alexander’s place and we had a nice week-end(I hope it was nice for him too). Watched some “Family Guy” and climbing videos - just mindblowing… but most important we went to Andritz to climb! Great day, sun was shining, birds singing, bees did whatever it is bees do when the wheater is nice and we were taking on some very very powerfull routes. Did a 5+ free-climbing just to warm up and then Alexander showed me, what it means to climb in the real world! After the warm up, he did a 7- free-climbing and I did it (man, you hear, I did it) too, but just top rope. Then he did a 6+ I did only top-rope but it is my plan to do it in the free-climbing way. Then he did another 7- but I had just left all my power reserves on the first 7- so I couldn’t pass the most powerfull part and had to leave it up to the next time. In case you wonder, how I came to Graz and back to Vienna the answer is very easy. Had a nice trip with my XT which during this journey reached the 45000km mark… Yeah, sixteen years old and with 45k kilometers on her back and still working, still doing good! I’m happy! The travel conditions weren’t the best ones when I started, because I made my way to Graz at 17:00 and therefore I had to travel in the dark for about one hour which is not really the best condition to be on the motorway especially if the motorway goes trough mountains. It was just too cold, thought I would catch some serious desease, because at the highest part I was litterally shaking and then when I came down and it started warming up again I thought: Ok, maybe I’m just dreaming it’s warming up again and in reality my feet allready fell off… hehe! Anyway *tadaaan* I did it and i did my return much earlier this afternoon, so I allways had a nice and cozy temperature and enough sun to come home safe and sound!
